My clients have found success that begins with a personalized plan revealing measurable results along the way. As a certified trainer, I offer a wide range of services. More than just getting you into shape, I also help with improving endurance, building strength, rehabilitating from an injury, and sports-specific training.

Sandra, the owner, is a health and fitness enthusiast who loves sharing her passion with others. She started lifting weights in high school, spent five years training in Muay Thai boxing, and has competed in many events from 5k to a marathon. In her spare time, she enjoys hiking with her husband, three daughters, and dog.

SERVICES

With the right programming, Train with Sandra can help you train smart to reach your goals. Serving Arlington and the surrounding towns, Train with Sandra offers a safe and more personal training experience with an emphasis on form, alignment, and balance.  


New Virtual Classes offered weekly. You will be provided with a link to the video class. It stays active for a few days so you have the flexibility and convenience of doing the class at your leisure and even more than once!

Monday: Strength Circuit

Wednesday: Cardio Boxing

Friday: Barre 


Outdoor Circuit Training will be determined by the weather. You bring your own mat and weights. Everyone is spaced safely, respecting social distancing.  Your body and mind will be challenged with Sandra’s high energy sequencing in a supportive and positive setting. Modifications and progressions are always offered, welcoming all fitness levels.

Private one on one Training designed to meet your individual goals. You will be evaluated for muscle imbalances, receive nutritional guidelines, and an exercise program designed just for you! These sessions can be done virtually using Zoom, in the privacy of your own home (Sandra will travel to you bringing necessary equipment), or in Sandra’s garage studio.

Small-Group Instruction held in Sandra’s garage studio allows up to 3 people to train safely. We have an air purifier fan, masks are worn, the door and window remain open for airflow, and everything is disinfected between use. Free weights, kettlebells, stability balls, medicine balls, Bosu balls, jump rope, agility ladder, battle ropes, plyometric boxes, and TRX all are equipment used to provide a fun, balanced, and functional training program.

Nutrition Coaching In person or Zoom sessions helping you to develop long-lasting healthful nutrition habits. Provides solutions toward optimal nutrition choices for your specific goals.
